Why we want your help

Breast Clinics currently run from outpatient spaces in Nevil Hall Hospital & The Royal Gwent Hospital.
There are no rooms/facilities to support any additional services.
No capacity for “extra clinics” to resolve high waiting lists.
To improve the service to patients with all breast conditions ABUHB are building a ‘Centre of Excellence’ at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr.
It is planned every breast care patient has the best possible 'state of the art' care when they attend to the unit.
We want those who attend the new unit to feel valued and respected; and hope their experience in this new environment will help to improve their patient journey.
